We delivered our first donation of three large boxes of bottle tops and bread tags to the Sweethearts Foundation, which buys and donates wheelchairs from the funds raised from recycling the tops and tags. Many thanks to all who collect. Please continue to hand these in at the church centre.
WHAT ARE TAGS & TOPS?
TAGS are the plastic squares used to seal bread packets.
TOPS are the caps found on drinks bottles (milk, water, cold drinks bottles) and pull-up lids (with a #2 or #5 resin – see little recycling number under the top). If you can drink the product, you can keep the lid!
