Congregations and Pastors
ELC Strand Street
Pastor Sybil Chetty has been inducted as pastor during a Divine service on 27.3.2022. Many ecumenical guests attended the celebration. We wish her and the congregation God’s richest blessing for their service to His glory.

Rev (em) Gareth Jones, a retired Anglican priest has agreed to serve the congregations of St John’s in King Williams Town and St. Paul’s in Macleantown on a part time basis from 1.3.2022 till 28.2.2023. We wish him and the congregation God’s richest blessing for their service to His glory.
A solution for St Paul’s in Stutterheim is still being sought. We thank the Church Committee and the Preachers for their dedicated leadership during this time of a vacancy.

We welcome Vicar Ingrid Kassier in our midst. May the service in the congregation be a good learning curve in preparation for fulltime ministry
